After years of working independently in clinical practice, attending internships abroad, participating in numerous training sessions, and teaching others, the time has come for me to work as part of a team. On one hand, this offers me a unique opportunity to pass on all my knowledge and skills to other therapists. On the other hand, it allows more patients to access treatments and helps those in need on a broader scale.

I carefully select the members of our team based on their acquired qualifications as well as their innate predisposition to work with patients.

Before starting work with patients, each team member is required to complete a minimum of a two-year internship under my supervision. During this time, they can hone the skills acquired at the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and become familiar with my individual diagnostic style and procedures. These are utilized in supporting fertility, assisting in In vitro procedures, managing pregnancy, and providing postpartum care.

Thanks to this meticulous selection of co-workers, I am confident that any patient referred for acupuncture or reflexology treatments to one of my assistants will receive therapy of the highest quality.

The work of our team is structured so that I personally conduct all initial consultations, including diagnosis and therapy planning. I am also responsible for individually prepared herbal formulas. The acupuncture treatments, under my supervision, are primarily carried out by my professional assistants.
I encourage you to review the qualifications of our team members in the biographies below.

Best regards,

Anna Czarzasta

Beata Engel

Coordinator of the Akunatu Branch in Olsztyn

I am a Chinese medicine therapist and reflexologist.

I completed my studies in Chinese medicine with a specialization in acupuncture in January 2020 at the School of Traditional and Classical Chinese Medicine TOMO in Gdańsk. I earned the title of Reflexologist in May 2018 at the International Academy of Reflexology in Warsaw.

Since 1997, I have been training martial arts in Olsztyn. I am a Kung Fu practitioner and a member of the Polish National Team, having won over 150 medals, including gold at the Polish, European, and World Championships. As an instructor, I conduct classes for children, self-defense for women, and Qigong. And I still train regularly.

It was my passion for Kung Fu that gradually led me to Chinese medicine. I have always believed in the importance of preventive health care. Through Kung Fu, I met people involved in Chinese medicine and experienced firsthand its effectiveness. In 2016, I began my studies in Chinese medicine in Gdańsk. After several years of study, I resigned from my job at a government office, combining my passion with my work in the clinic. Since then, I have been continually developing and expanding my knowledge.

For a long time, I worked primarily with my mind, but the time came to discover what I could achieve with my hands. In 2020, I decided to completely change my life, marking the beginning of a transformation on many levels. I began to explore holistic approaches to understanding and treating both our body and mind. I also became interested in natural anti-aging methods, particularly focusing on massages.

Training in this area includes:

  • 2021 – Kobido training under the guidance of Aneta Hregorowicz-Gorlo at Facemodeling Academy
  • 2022 – Training in transbuccal massage with the creator of the method, Siergiey Szczurewicz, at Manualistic School
  • 2022 – Module I and Module II in “Cosmetology Acupuncture in Aesthetic Medicine” under the supervision of Dr. Ihor Soloviov
  • 2022 – “Zoga Face Integration” training under Tomasz Tomasik at Spa Academy

I also decided to start my studies at the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine TOMO.

To further develop myself and become a versatile therapist capable of providing multi-dimensional assistance, I completed the next stages of foot reflexology training:

  • 2023 – Level 1 Course – “Basic Foot Reflexology Course”
  • 2023 – “Foot Chiropractic” Course

Treatments Offered:

Kobido massage, transbuccal massage, cosmetic acupuncture, ear candling, cupping, guasha, moxa, cupping massage, TCM nutritional advice, reflexology.
